A reference print from the Walt Disney Studios animated film Pinocchio (1940). Featuring a stunning rendering of Monstro the whale's cavernous insides, the photostat was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The imagery was created by Disney illustrator Gustaf Tenggren as an inspirational concept that would assist animators in story and scene development.
